
Huya revenue increases 11% to $256.3 million
- Huya reported Q2 2026 net revenue of RMB1.74 billion (US$256.3 million), up 11% year over year.
- Gross profit rose 20.1% to RMB255 million, while the operating loss narrowed to RMB7 million.
- Huya doubled its 2026 share repurchase authorization to US$100 million as it expands game-related services and publishing.
Huya (NYSE:HUYA) reported second-quarter 2026 net revenue of RMB1.74 billion (US$256.3 million), up 11% from RMB1.57 billion a year earlier.
Game-related services, advertising and other revenue jumped 54.1% to RMB637.9 million, while live-streaming revenue declined to RMB1.10 billion from RMB1.15 billion.
Gross margin increased to 14.7%, net income reached RMB1.6 million, and Huya raised its 2026 share repurchase authorization from US$50 million to US$100 million.
Huya had repurchased 3.2 million ADSs for US$7.6 million by June 30 and held RMB3.21 billion of cash, cash equivalents and deposits.
Huya is expanding beyond live streaming through game publishing, in-game item sales and advertising, including Goose Goose Duck mobile and planned launches of additional titles.
