Humanity Protocol hack wipes out US$30m and 90% of value

Humanity Protocol, a Worldcoin rival built to verify users are human, lost over US$30 million as attackers drained 17 wallets and its token crashed about 90% in hours.
The team says an employee’s compromised laptop gave attackers control of multisig wallets, which they then used to mint and dump 200 million new tokens.
On‑chain investigator ZachXBT first called the event “possibly staged” before softening his stance, but he is still pressing for disclosure of market‑maker deals, the pre‑hack token pumping “with zero fundamentals”, and why the incident hit just before a scheduled token unlock.
