HUHUTECH (NASDAQ:HUHU) reported first-half 2026 revenue of $10.67 million, an increase of 8.6% from the prior-year period, supported by contributions from new international operations.
The company said operations in the U.S., Germany, and Singapore generated $3.69 million in revenue, representing 34.6% of total sales, while PRC revenue increased 29.4% to $4.97 million.
Product sales increased 294.4% to $1.65 million, while HUHUTECH completed 104 system integration projects compared with 220 projects in the prior year, with average contract value increasing to $86,719.
Gross profit increased 7.3% to $3.37 million, with gross margin reaching 31.6%, while Japan revenue declined to $2.01 million from $5.98 million as the company reduced activity in that market.
HUHUTECH reported a net loss of $16.65 million, or $0.68 per share, compared with a net loss of $8.73 million in the prior year, driven mainly by $13.87 million in non-cash share-based compensation and a $2.03 million credit loss provision.
