The company’s GAAP gross margin increased to 40.1% from the prior-year period, while GAAP operating margin rose to 11.4% as profitability improved during the quarter.

HPE reported GAAP diluted earnings per share of $1.06, up $0.85 year over year, and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of $1.11, while operating cash flow reached $1.6 billion and free cash flow totaled $1 billion.

HPE returned $324 million to common shareholders through dividends and share repurchases during the quarter.

HPE provides enterprise technology products and services, including servers, networking, storage, and hybrid cloud solutions for business customers.

The company reported non-GAAP gross margin of 40.4%, non-GAAP operating margin of 16.2%, and continued capital returns as part of its fiscal third-quarter 2026 results.
