Hormel Foods (NYSE:HRL) reported third quarter fiscal 2026 net sales of $2.96 billion, compared with $3.03 billion in the prior-year period, while organic net sales declined 2%.

The results included operating income of $111 million and adjusted operating income of $266 million, with operating and adjusted operating margins of 3.7% and 9%, respectively.

The company reported diluted earnings per share of $0.11 and adjusted diluted earnings per share of $0.37, while cash flow from operations increased 54% to $241 million during the quarter.

For fiscal 2026, Hormel Foods expects net sales of $12.1 billion to $12.2 billion, representing estimated organic growth of 1% to 2%, while adjusted operating income guidance increased to $1.08 billion to $1.12 billion.

The company raised adjusted EPS guidance to $1.45 to $1.51, reflecting expected growth of 6% to 10%, while reducing GAAP EPS guidance to $1.06 to $1.12 due to impacts from business sales, investment impairment, litigation settlement costs, and a 42.3% effective tax rate.
