Honeywell Technologies delivers Q2 sales of $5.2B, up 3%

Honeywell Technologies (NASDAQ:HON) reported standalone second-quarter sales of $5.19 billion, up 3%, following the Honeywell Aerospace (NASDAQ:HONA) spin-off.

Consolidated sales, including the former Aerospace segment, rose 4% to $9.72 billion, while adjusted EPS declined 4% to $4.52.

“The second quarter marked a historic milestone for Honeywell Technologies as we completed the separation of Honeywell Aerospace,” said Honeywell Technologies Chairman and CEO Vimal Kapur.

Standalone GAAP EPS of $16.65 included a one-time Quantinuum deconsolidation gain, while adjusted EPS rose 10% to $1.95.

Following the announcement, Honeywell Technologies's share price was up 1.3% at $232.99 in premarket trading.

Standalone orders increased 16% and backlog reached approximately $20 billion, supported by demand across its automation businesses.

Honeywell Technologies expects 2026 sales of $19.8 billion–$20 billion and adjusted EPS of $8.05–$8.35.
