HomesToLife announces $198.3 million half-year revenue

HomesToLife (NASDAQ:HTLM) reported unaudited first-half 2026 net revenue of US$198.3 million, up 10% year over year as export sales increased and retail sales expanded.

Export sales increased 11% and retail sales rose 57%, while leather trading revenue declined 29%, with Europe and North America revenue increasing 12% and 27% respectively and Asia Pacific revenue declining 4%.

HomesToLife reported gross profit increased 14% to US$57 million, with gross margin improving to 28.7% from 27.6%, while operating income increased 7% to US$9.7 million and net income declined 39% to US$6.1 million.

The company reported a US$2.2 million foreign-exchange loss during the period compared with a US$4.3 million gain a year earlier, while basic and diluted earnings per share were US$0.07.

HomesToLife reported operating cash outflows narrowed to US$8.3 million from US$11.3 million, cash stood at US$17.9 million after US$5.8 million in dividend payments, and the company maintained full-year revenue guidance of US$400 million to US$420 million.
