Holley Performance Brands (NYSE:HLLY) has acquired SXTH Element, a Toyota-focused performance parts manufacturer, expanding its Modern Truck & Off-Road business into additional vehicle platforms and product categories.
The acquisition adds products for five Toyota models, including the Tacoma, 4Runner, Tundra, Sequoia and Land Cruiser, whose redesigned lineups between 2022 and 2025 now feature turbocharged engines.
"We are disciplined about the brands we bring onto our platform," said Holley Performance Brands President and Chief Executive Officer Matthew Stevenson.
SXTH Element manufactures cold-air intakes, intercoolers, charge pipes, turbo inlets and catch cans, while its founding team will continue leading the business under an agreement designed to incentivize continued growth.
Holley plans to expand SXTH Element's distribution beyond its primarily direct-to-consumer sales model through its business-to-business partner network.
The acquisition follows Holley's March 2026 purchase of Italian racewear brand HRX, alongside its July 2026 divestment of several non-core automotive brands and continued efforts to reduce debt.
Holley operates across four consumer business categories: American Performance, Modern Truck & Off-Road, Euro & Import, and Safety & Racing, with acquisitions and product development forming part of its portfolio strategy.
