
HNI (NYSE:HNI), a leading designer and manufacturer of office furniture and hearth products, on Wednesday reported a net loss of $49.2 million for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025.
The Muscatine, Iowa-based company said it had a loss of 94 cents per share.
Earnings adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions, asset impairment charges and other non-recurring items were 83 cents per share.
Revenue for the period totaled $888.4 million.
For the full year 2025, HNI reported profit of $54.2 million, or $1.11 per share.
Revenue reached $2.84 billion.
The fourth-quarter results reflect the impact of one-time charges, including expenses tied to the integration of recent acquisitions in the workplace furnishings segment and non-cash asset impairment charges related to certain product lines or facilities.
