
Hilton delivers Q2 net income of $482 million

Hilton Worldwide Holdings (NYSE:HLT) reported second-quarter 2026 net income of $482 million, diluted earnings of $2.10 per share and adjusted diluted earnings of $2.29 per share.
Adjusted EBITDA reached $1.05 billion, while system-wide comparable revenue per available room increased 3.9% on a currency-neutral basis from the same period in 2025.
Hilton said its expanding hotel network and development pipeline supported continued unit growth during the quarter.
The company approved 42,900 new rooms for development, bringing its pipeline to 541,300 rooms at June 30, 2026, while adding 24,100 rooms to its system and recording 21,600 net additional rooms.
Hilton also repurchased 2.9 million shares during the quarter and returned $966 million to shareholders through dividends and buybacks.
Hilton is a global hospitality company operating hotels and resorts across luxury, full-service, focused-service and extended-stay segments.
The company expects full-year comparable RevPAR growth of between 3% and 3.5%, net income of $1.88 billion to $1.91 billion, adjusted EBITDA of $4.04 billion to $4.08 billion and capital returns of approximately $3.5 billion.
