Hillman Solutions (NASDAQ:HLMN), a leading provider of hardware and home improvement solutions, has completed the acquisition of Campbell Chain & Fittings from Apex Tool Group, a move that significantly broadens the company’s industrial Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) portfolio.

The acquisition incorporates a comprehensive suite of high-strength lifting and rigging products into Hillman’s existing catalog, including Grade 70, 80, and 100 transport and alloy chains.

The deal also encompasses welded and weldless chains, forged fittings, and specialized lifting hardware, positioning Hillman as a more formidable competitor in the heavy-duty industrial and construction supply sectors.

Beyond product expansion, the transaction secures a robust U.S.-based manufacturing footprint for Hillman.

This domestic production capability is expected to provide greater supply chain resilience and reduced lead times for North American customers, a key strategic priority as industrial demand for "Made in the USA" components continues to climb.

Hillman expects the Campbell Chain business to contribute more than $20 million in net sales for the 2026 fiscal year.
