Hillman expands pro-channel reach with acquisition of Delaney Hardware
Hillman Solutions (NASDAQ:HLMN), a leading provider of hardware products and merchandising solutions, announced on April 13, 2026, the acquisition of Delaney Hardware.
The move marks Hillman’s second strategic acquisition of the year, aimed at deepening its footprint within the professional contractor and builder distribution channels.
Delaney Hardware, a prominent U.S.-based supplier of door and builder’s hardware, specializes in serving residential and commercial builders, contractors, and distributors.
While Delaney maintains a national presence, its operations are particularly concentrated in the high-growth Southeast region of the United States.
The acquisition allows Hillman to integrate a comprehensive suite of door-related hardware—including locks, hinges, and decorative trim—into its existing "Pro" distribution categories.
This vertical expansion complements Hillman’s market-leading position in fasteners and home improvement products, providing a more robust "one-stop-shop" offering for its professional customer base.
