Revenue fell from $7.4 million in fiscal 2025, while the company swung from net income of $106,000, or $0.02 per diluted share.
Fourth-quarter revenue fell to $931,000, the quarterly net loss widened to $1.1 million, and the company recorded a largely non-cash $125,000 impairment.
Highway Holdings completed its 51% acquisition of Regent-Feinbau for €662,000, including €612,000 in cash and €50,000 in company shares.
The company ended March with $4.4 million in cash, $3.9 million in working capital and a current ratio of 2.2:1 while pursuing further diversification.
