Here Group reports fiscal 2026 revenue growth and launches $20M share buyback

Here Group (NASDAQ:HERE) reported unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, highlighting revenue growth from its expanding pop toy business and announcing corporate leadership changes.

Fourth-quarter revenue totaled RMB127.7 million, representing a 22.5% sequential decline but a 94.1% increase compared with the same period last year.

The company reported a fourth-quarter net loss from continuing operations of RMB169.6 million, which included a RMB124.1 million goodwill impairment charge associated with the Letsvan acquisition.

Excluding the impairment charge and other adjustments, adjusted net loss for the quarter was RMB37.7 million.

For the full fiscal year 2026, Here Group generated revenue of RMB596.8 million, compared with RMB65.8 million in fiscal 2025.

The company said fiscal 2026 represented its first full year of operations from its pop toy business.

Full-year net loss from continuing operations was RMB254.9 million, while adjusted net loss totaled RMB93.9 million.

As of June 30, 2026, Here Group reported a portfolio of 22 intellectual property (IP) assets and continued expanding its presence in the pop culture and collectibles market.

The company also announced a US$20 million share repurchase program as part of its capital management strategy.

In addition, Here Group disclosed that board member and Senior Vice President Liu Xihao resigned from his positions effective September 22, 2026.
