Helus Pharma (NASDAQ:HELP) presented four posters on its investigational oral deuterated psilocin analog HLP003 for major depressive disorder (MDD) at Psych Congress 2026 in New Orleans.
Three posters expanded on findings from a completed Phase 1/2a randomized, double-blind study evaluating HLP003 as an adjunctive treatment for adults with MDD.
The presented research included 12-month efficacy data, analyses of Montgomery-Åsberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS) items, anhedonia measures, psychedelic experience assessments and expanded safety findings.
The fourth poster provided an overview of the ongoing Phase 3 PARADIGM clinical program, which is evaluating the efficacy and safety of HLP003 as an adjunctive treatment for major depressive disorder.
Helus Pharma is developing HLP003 as an oral psychedelic-based therapy designed for evaluation in depression treatment, with the Phase 3 program continuing clinical assessment.
