Hello Group (NASDAQ:MOMO) reported second-quarter 2026 net revenue of RMB2,486 million, down 5.1% year over year, while returning to profitability with higher overseas revenue.
Net income attributable to shareholders reached RMB237.4 million compared with a loss of RMB140.2 million in the prior-year period, while non-GAAP net income was RMB273.9 million.
Hello Group reported operating income of RMB238 million compared with RMB403.5 million a year earlier, while operating cash flow increased to RMB642.3 million from RMB250.1 million, with overseas revenue rising 52% to RMB672.7 million and mainland China revenue declining to RMB1,813.3 million.
Hello Group reported that Momo app paying users increased to 3.9 million while Tantan paying users declined to 0.5 million.
Hello Group operates mobile social networking and entertainment platforms, including the Momo and Tantan applications.
For the first half of 2026, Hello Group reported revenue of RMB4,872 million, down 5.2% year over year, while net income attributable to shareholders increased to RMB528.5 million, and the company has repurchased 68.0 million ADSs for US$424.1 million.
