Harrow (NASDAQ:HROW) closed the acquisition of TYRVAYA from Viatris to expand its commercial ophthalmic portfolio with an approved dry eye treatment.

The transaction secures worldwide commercial rights except for Japan, where Viatris retained commercialization rights and agreed to pay Harrow royalties on future net sales.

TYRVAYA is currently approved in the United States, China, and Taiwan, with additional marketing applications pending across global markets.

The company stated that approximately 40 Viatris personnel are expected to join during the fourth quarter of 2026 to support commercial integration.

Harrow expects the newly acquired nasal spray to contribute more than $30 million in revenue during the 2027 fiscal year.
