
Hagerty (NYSE:HGTY) reported second-quarter written premium of $425 million, up 19%, while reported revenue fell 6% to $355 million.
Earned premium rose 42% to $252 million, while policies in force increased 19% to 1.9 million.
Quarterly net income was $8 million, adjusted EBITDA reached $75 million and transitional costs totalled $64 million.
Hagerty raised its 2026 adjusted EBITDA forecast to $270–$280 million.
Following the announcement, Hagerty's share price was up 1.5% at $11.72.
First-half operating cash flow rose 91% to $186 million, while the combined ratio improved to 88.1% from 89.1%.
Marketplace revenue climbed 48% to $40 million, and Hagerty Drivers Club paid membership rose 6% to more than 962,000.
Senator Bill Hagerty said he remains hopeful that lawmakers can advance the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act before Congress breaks for the July 4 recess.
