The Gorman-Rupp Company (NYSE:GRC) announced its latest quarterly payout to shareholders on Friday, extending one of the longest continuous dividend streaks in the industrial sector on the back of record-breaking quarterly earnings.

The Mansfield, Ohio-based pump manufacturer declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share.

The dividend is payable June 10, 2026, to shareholders of record as of May 15, 2026.

This distribution marks the company’s 305th consecutive quarterly payment, a milestone that underscores its historical stability in the liquid-handling equipment market.

The dividend announcement follows a strong first-quarter financial report released just one day prior.

Gorman-Rupp reported record net income of $17.8 million, or $0.68 per share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.

This represents a significant jump from the $12.1 million, or $0.46 per share, earned during the same period in 2025.

Net sales rose 7.7% to $176.6 million, driven by broad-based demand across the company’s diverse end markets.
