Gorilla Technology Group (NASDAQ:GRRR) signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire its first U.S. data center, with completion targeted by the end of November 2026.
The operating facility currently has approximately 6 MW of utility capacity and generates revenue from colocation operations.
The local utility has provided written support for roughly 30 MW of additional power, creating a potential pathway to about 36 MW of total site capacity.
The indicated timetable for delivering the additional power is approximately 18 months, subject to required utility and site infrastructure work.
Gorilla said it is targeting a U.S. data center portfolio exceeding 100 MW over the next 12–18 months through acquisitions, infrastructure expansion and customer-led AI computing deployments.
The proposed acquisition remains subject to satisfactory due diligence, internal approvals and execution of definitive agreements.
Continued colocation operations at the site will also depend on confirmation of lease terms and transfer arrangements before the transaction is completed.
