Global-e Online (NASDAQ:GLBE) reported second-quarter 2026 gross merchandise value of $2.089 billion, up 44% year over year, while revenue increased 39% to $299 million.

The results exceeded the company’s previous outlook, with Global-e also reporting higher profitability as adjusted EBITDA increased to $62.4 million from the prior-year period and margin expanded to 20.9%.

Adjusted EBITDA rose 62% to $62.4 million, non-GAAP net profit reached $64.9 million, free cash flow totaled $73.2 million, and the company completed $68 million in share repurchases while authorizing a new $500 million repurchase program.

Global-e also raised its fiscal 2026 guidance to GMV of $8.81–$9.11 billion, revenue of $1.305–$1.355 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $278–$300 million.

The company said Shopify Managed Markets 2.0 expansion and new merchant additions contributed to its growth, as Global-e continued expanding its cross-border e-commerce platform.

For the third quarter of 2026, Global-e expects GMV of $1.995–$2.045 billion, revenue of $308.5–$315.5 million and adjusted EBITDA of $58.5–$62.5 million, according to company guidance.
