Gilat Satellite Networks (NASDAQ:GILT) reported a surge in fourth-quarter revenue and record annual earnings power, driven by robust demand that propelled top-line growth well ahead of year-ago levels.

The Petah Tikva, Israel-based company posted fourth-quarter revenue of $137 million, a 75% increase compared to the same period last year, signaling accelerated momentum in the satellite connectivity market.

For the full year of 2025, revenue climbed 48% to $451.7 million.

This top-line expansion translated into solid profitability improvements, with GAAP operating income coming in at $13 million for the quarter and $23.4 million for the full year.

Highlighting the company's operational efficiency, Gilat achieved a record adjusted EBITDA of $53.2 million for the year.

Looking ahead, management expressed confidence in sustaining this trajectory, issuing guidance for 2026 that calls for double-digit growth in both revenue and adjusted EBITDA.
