GigaCloud Technology (NASDAQ:GCT) reported record Q2 2026 revenue of $411.6 million, up 27.6%, with gross profit reaching $105.6 million.
Revenue increased from $322.6 million, while gross margin expanded to 25.6% from 23.9% and diluted EPS rose to $1.16.
Net income rose 22.3% to $42.3 million, adjusted EBITDA increased 39.5% to $60.4 million and adjusted diluted EPS reached $1.65.
GigaCloud expects Q3 revenue of $375–$400 million.
Marketplace GMV increased 21.3% to $1.74 billion, while third-party seller GMV rose 27% to $962.3 million.
GigaCloud also repurchased approximately $47.7 million of shares around quarter-end and replaced its previous authorization with a new three-year, $120 million program.
