GFL Environmental declares Q4 2025 dividend

GFL Environmental (NYSE:GFL), the fourth-largest diversified environmental services company in North America, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.0154 per outstanding subordinate voting share and multiple voting share for the fourth quarter of 2025.

The dividend is payable on January 30, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 13, 2026.

The company has designated this payment as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes under the Income Tax Act (Canada)

This declaration continues GFL's consistent shareholder return policy, maintaining the quarterly payout at the increased level set earlier in 2025 following a 10% hike from the prior $0.014 per share
