Genesis Energy (NYSE:GEL) reported Q2 2026 attributable net income of $42.9 million, reversing a $0.4 million loss.

Revenue rose 41% to $532 million from $377.3 million, while operating cash flow increased to $180.7 million from $47.0 million.

Adjusted EBITDA reached $171.5 million, available cash was $78.3 million, distribution coverage was 3.2 times and bank leverage fell to 5.00 times.

Genesis expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA near its prior range’s lower end.

During Q2, Genesis sold non-core gas assets for $95 million and used financing proceeds to repurchase $83 million of preferred securities.

Offshore pipeline margin rose 32% to $115.6 million, while onshore margin climbed 53% and marine margin fell 14%.
