
Genenta reports Sòphia sales of €7.17 million

Genenta (NASDAQ:GNTA) said Sòphia High Tech’s FY2025 sales rose 29.3% to €7.17 million, alongside increased operating profitability.
Sales increased from €5.54 million, while total value of production rose 34.7% from €6.29 million to €8.47 million.
EBITDA climbed 68.1% from €0.96 million to €1.61 million, lifting the margin from 15.2% to 19.0%.
Operating profit rose 80.8% to €1.21 million, while Sòphia appointed a board combining its founders with Genenta representatives.
Following the announcement, Genenta's share price was quoted up 2.4% at $1.69 in premarket trading, with no reported volume.
Genenta, which is evolving into Saentra Forge subject to shareholder approval, currently owns approximately 19% of Sòphia and holds contractual rights to increase its stake to 51%.
