
GE HealthCare revenue gains 5.7% to $5.3 billion
- GE HealthCare (NASDAQ:GEHC) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $5.3 billion, up 5.7% year over year.
- Net income increased to $561 million, while diluted EPS rose 16.5% to $1.24.
- GE HealthCare reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance after record organic orders growth and a $23.9 billion backlog.
GE HealthCare (NASDAQ:GEHC) reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $5.3 billion, up 5.7% year over year, supported by growth in Pharmaceutical Diagnostics and Advanced Imaging Solutions.
Organic revenue increased 3.5%, while organic orders rose 11.1% and backlog reached a record $23.9 billion, with a book-to-bill ratio of 1.15 times.
“We delivered record orders and backlog in the second quarter, with orders growth across every segment, demonstrating strong commercial execution,” said GE HealthCare President and Chief Executive Officer Peter Arduini.
GE HealthCare reported net income attributable to the company of $561 million, compared with $486 million a year earlier, while adjusted EBIT increased to $750 million from $729 million.
Following the announcement, GE HealthCare's share price was unchanged at $82.45.
The company reported operating cash flow of $168 million and free cash flow of $68 million, while diluted EPS increased to $1.24 from $1.06 and adjusted EPS rose to $1.13 from $1.06.
GE HealthCare said it continues investing in precision innovation and reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, while reviewing strategic options for its Patient Care Solutions business.
