GDS (NASDAQ:GDS) reported second-quarter 2026 net revenue of RMB3,088 million, up 6.5% year over year, as data center demand supported higher committed capacity.
The company reported net income of RMB837.6 million, compared with a net loss of RMB70.6 million in the prior-year period, resulting in a net margin of 27.1%.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 2.5% to RMB1,406 million, although adjusted EBITDA margin declined to 45.5% from 47.3% in Q2 2025 due to higher utility costs.
Total area committed and pre-committed increased 18.2% year over year to 784,802 square meters, while utilization improved to 79.2% during the quarter.
GDS develops and operates data centers in China and provides infrastructure services for enterprise and technology customers.
The company raised its 2026 revenue guidance to RMB12.7 billion to RMB13 billion and adjusted EBITDA guidance to RMB5.9 billion to RMB6.1 billion, while increasing expected capital expenditure to approximately RMB9.0 billion to RMB10 billion.
