
Gartner adjusted EPS rises 24% to $4.37

Gartner (NYSE:IT) reported second-quarter revenue of $1.676 billion, down 0.6%, while adjusted EPS increased 23.8% to $4.37.
Revenue exceeded analysts’ $1.65 billion estimate, while adjusted EPS topped the $3.75 consensus forecast.
Net income rose 14.4% to $275 million, while adjusted EBITDA reached $466 million and free cash flow increased to $378 million.
Following the announcement, Gartner's share price was up 6.3% at $161.06.
Meanwhile, Insights revenue rose 2.1% to $1.290 billion, Conferences increased 15.5% to $244 million and Consulting fell 8.8% to $142 million.
Gartner also raised adjusted EPS guidance to at least $14, lowered its revenue forecast to at least $6.394 billion and added $500 million to its repurchase authorization.
