Futu Holdings declares $365M cash dividend after record-breaking 2025
Futu Holdings (NASDAQ:FUTU) announced on Thursday, April 2, 2026, that its board of directors has approved a significant cash dividend, signaling strong confidence in the company’s capital position following a historic 2025 fiscal year.
The tech-driven online brokerage will distribute US$0.325 per ordinary share, or US$2.6 per American Depositary Share (ADS), representing an aggregate payout of approximately US$365 million.
The dividend is payable to holders of record as of the close of business on April 16, 2026 (New York time).
Shareholders can expect payment on or around April 29, 2026, with ADS payments processed through the depositary bank in accordance with the terms of the deposit agreement.
This capital return follows a "blowout" 2025 performance reported in March, where Futu demonstrated the massive operating leverage of its digital platform.
