Full Truck Alliance (NYSE:YMM) reported Q2 2026 net revenue of RMB3.38 billion, up 4.4% year over year, as freight matching services drove higher revenue.
Transaction service revenue increased 33.1% to RMB1.77 billion, while total fulfilled orders reached 68.5 million, up 12.7% from the prior-year period.
Net income increased to RMB1.35 billion from RMB1.27 billion a year earlier, while non-GAAP adjusted net income rose 6% to RMB1.43 billion.
The company reported operating cash flow of RMB2.15 billion and free cash flow of RMB2.04 billion, while average shipper monthly active users increased 12.8% to 3.57 million.
Full Truck Alliance ended June 30, 2026 with RMB33.4 billion in cash and approved a quarterly cash dividend of approximately $87.5 million.
The company expects third-quarter 2026 revenue between RMB3.32 billion and RMB3.42 billion and said it is targeting about $400 million in shareholder returns for fiscal 2026.
