Freightos (NASDAQ:CRGO) reported record Q2 2026 revenue of $7.7 million, up 3%, while adjusted EBITDA loss improved to $2 million.
The platform processed a record $422 million of GBV across 458,000 transactions, representing year-over-year increases of 33% and 15%, respectively.
Platform revenue rose 19% to $2.9 million, Solutions revenue fell 4% to $4.8 million, and Freightos ended June with $21.4 million of cash and deposits.
Freightos expects Q3 revenue of $7.7–$7.8 million and adjusted EBITDA of negative $1.3–$1.2 million.
Following the announcement, Freightos' share price was up 2.3% at $1.35 in pre-market trading.
Freightos reported Q1 2026 revenue of $7.2 million while processing 425,000 transactions and $343 million of gross booking value.
The company expects 2026 transaction growth of 12%–14%, GBV growth of 19%–21% and revenue of $30.4–$31.0 million, based on August freight market conditions.
