Freedom Holding (NASDAQ:FRHC) reported revenue of $732.5 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, up 40% year over year, as the financial services company expanded across its business segments.

Revenue increased from $524 million in the same quarter of 2025, while total assets rose to $14 billion from $13.2 billion at the end of March 2026.

“We continued to expand our financial services platform while growing our customer base across our markets,” said Freedom Holding Chief Executive Officer Timur Turlov.

Net income declined to $31.7 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, compared with $37.4 million a year earlier, while the company’s total customers increased to 8.74 million from 8.10 million at March 31, 2026.

Freedom Holding operates banking, brokerage, insurance and other financial services businesses across 24 countries through its subsidiaries.

The company reported that S&P Global Ratings raised the long-term issuer credit ratings for several Freedom subsidiaries, including Freedom Finance JSC, Freedom Finance Europe, Freedom Finance Global and Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC, to “BB-” from “B+” in June.

Freedom Holding’s total assets increased during the quarter as the company continued expanding its financial services operations.
