FreeCast (NASDAQ:CAST) filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, highlighting progress in its transition from technology development toward commercial deployment of its Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) strategy.
The media technology company reported fiscal 2026 revenue of approximately $711,000, including approximately $386,000 in advertising revenue.
FreeCast said advertising revenue increased during the fourth fiscal quarter as the company began commercial activity using its rebuilt Zer0Gap advertising technology platform, generating approximately $256,000 in fourth-quarter advertising revenue.
The company said it completed financing transactions after the fiscal year-end that generated approximately $23.7 million in gross proceeds and approximately $22.3 million in net proceeds, improving its liquidity position and removing previous substantial doubt regarding its ability to continue as a going concern.
FreeCast also expanded commercial relationships with DIRECTV, entered a reseller relationship for Starlink Business services, and signed agreements with Via One affiliates, including Assist Wireless and enTouch Wireless, as part of its broader PaaS expansion strategy.
