Forgent Power Solutions (NYSE:FPS) reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $462 million, up 94% year-over-year, with bookings of $1.503 billion and backlog reaching $3 billion for the period ended June 30, 2026.
The company’s quarterly bookings increased 375% year-over-year, resulting in a 3.3x book-to-bill ratio, while full-year revenue reached $1.42 billion, an 89% increase from the prior year.
Forgent reported quarterly net income of $66 million, adjusted EBITDA of $113 million, and operating cash flow of $74 million, while fiscal 2026 net income reached $106 million and adjusted EBITDA totaled $323 million.
Forgent expects fiscal 2027 revenue between $2.4 billion and $2.6 billion, adjusted EBITDA between $575 million and $625 million, and adjusted earnings per share between $1.26 and $1.40.
Forgent designs and manufactures electrical distribution equipment used in data centers, power grid infrastructure, and energy-intensive industrial facilities.
The company said its fourth-quarter and full-year revenue, adjusted EBITDA, and adjusted net income exceeded the high end of its May guidance ranges.
