Fluor wins Aramco long-term project agreement

Fluor (NYSE:FLR) said it was selected by Saudi Aramco as a Program Management Consultancy contractor under a Long-Term Agreement to support the company’s global capital projects portfolio.

The agreement provides a framework for Fluor to deliver project management and engineering services across future Aramco developments.

The agreement covers services including pre-FEED, FEED, engineering, procurement oversight, construction management, and program execution support.

Fluor Energy Solutions President Pierre Bechelany said the agreement reflects the company’s experience in program management, capital discipline, and project execution.

Fluor said the agreement builds on more than 80 years of operations and project support in Saudi Arabia.

The company has previously supported Aramco on energy facilities and infrastructure programs across the Kingdom.

The LTA expands Fluor’s role in supporting future upstream, downstream, petrochemical, and infrastructure projects.
