
Flowco closes $113 million Lifting Solutions deal
- Flowco completed its acquisition of Lifting Solutions for approximately US$113 million in cash.
- The deal adds continuous rod and progressing cavity pump technologies while expanding Flowco’s presence in Canada and international markets.
- Flowco said the acquisition is expected to add to earnings and free cash flow per share, with sellers also eligible for up to C$10 million in contingent payments.
Flowco Holdings (NYSE:FLOC) completed its acquisition of Lifting Solutions Energy Services for approximately US$113 million in cash, expanding its artificial lift portfolio and geographic reach.
Lifting Solutions operates across Canada, the United States, the Middle East and other international markets, with products including continuous rod and progressing cavity pump technologies.
“The acquisition broadens our artificial lift portfolio and expands our ability to provide the right solutions to customers throughout the life of the well,” said Flowco President and Chief Executive Officer Joe Bob Edwards.
Flowco funded the US$113 million cash consideration through borrowings under its asset-based lending facility, while sellers could receive up to C$10 million based on Lifting Solutions’ 2027 financial performance.
Flowco said the transaction is expected to be accretive to earnings and free cash flow per share.
The acquisition gives Flowco a larger Canadian operating base and additional exposure to later-life oil and gas wells through Lifting Solutions’ continuous rod, proprietary coatings and progressing cavity pump technologies.
Flowco also completed its approximately $200 million acquisition of Valiant Artificial Lift Solutions in March 2026, adding electric submersible pump capabilities to its broader production optimization platform.
