Flotek (NYSE:FTK) raised its 2026 financial guidance, expecting total revenue of $360 million–$370 million and adjusted EBITDA of $50 million–$54 million.
The company said the updated outlook reflects stronger international chemistry sales during the second half of 2026 after previously guiding for revenue of $340 million–$350 million and adjusted EBITDA of $47 million–$51 million.
International chemistry revenue reached approximately $10.6 million in the second quarter of 2026, representing a sequential increase of more than 450%, while second-half international chemistry sales are expected to potentially exceed $40 million.
At the midpoint of the new guidance ranges, Flotek expects 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA to increase 54% and 58%, respectively, compared with reported 2025 results, when the company recorded net income of $30.5 million and adjusted EBITDA of $32.8 million.
Flotek develops chemistry technologies and solutions for industrial and energy applications, including specialty chemical products used in oilfield and other commercial markets.
