Flash Sports & Media Holdings (NASDAQ:FLZH) reported Q2 2026 revenue from continuing operations of $0.1 million in its first full quarter following the IPG merger.
The quarter excluded $3.4 million of Lanka Premier League Season 6 franchise, sponsorship and production fees billed in advance and recorded as contract liabilities.
Operating expenses totaled $6.5 million, including $3.7 million of non-cash amortization, while net loss reached $8 million, or $0.91 per share.
Following the announcement, Flash Sports & Media Holdings' share price was down 10.61% at $1.18 in premarket trading.
Flash ended June with $266 million in total assets, $191.9 million in stockholders’ equity and $2.4 million in cash following merger-related recognition of goodwill and intangible assets.
The company expects substantially all of its $3.4 million Season 6 contract liabilities to become Q3 revenue as obligations are satisfied, while its working capital deficiency stood at $63.6 million.
