Firefly Neuroscience partners on ADHD treatment platform

Firefly Neuroscience (NASDAQ:AIFF) and NeuroSigma announced a partnership to introduce NeuroSigma’s Monarch eTNS System to clinicians using Firefly’s Evoke brain-function assessment platform.
The collaboration connects Firefly’s FDA 510(k)-cleared brain-function assessment technology with NeuroSigma’s prescription-only, non-drug ADHD treatment system for pediatric patients.
Under the partnership, Firefly will support clinician education, while NeuroSigma will provide clinical training, prescribing support, and fulfillment through a specialty pharmacy partner for Monarch, which is used at home during sleep under caregiver supervision.
Firefly Neuroscience develops brain health technologies, including the Evoke platform, which uses EEG-based assessments to analyze brain function and support clinical decision-making.
The companies said NeuroSigma began U.S. sales of the second-generation Monarch system in July 2026 after building a waitlist of more than 1,500 patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, while Firefly’s previously identified ADHD-related EEG/ERP biomarkers require further research and validation.
