Evotec (NASDAQ:EVO) entered a research partnership with Odyssey Therapeutics (NASDAQ:ODTX) to identify small-molecule candidates for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

Evotec will apply AI-enabled screening and proprietary compound libraries across multiple targets, with the agreement’s financial terms undisclosed.

“This collaboration with Odyssey illustrates well Evotec’s strategy in applying integrated discovery platform technologies to complex disease areas,” said Evotec Chief Scientific Officer Cord Dohrmann.

Evotec can receive milestone payments after delivering validated hit series for each target, but payment amounts and research timelines were not disclosed.

Odyssey is advancing OD-001 in ulcerative colitis and expects two additional clinical studies to begin during the second half of 2026.

Evotec recently advanced an Almirall inflammation candidate and received a $5 million Bristol Myers Squibb milestone under separate partnerships.
