
Enpro (NYSE:NPO) reported second-quarter sales of $338.8 million, up 17.6%, as both operating segments recorded double-digit growth.
Net income increased to $27.1 million from $26.4 million, while adjusted diluted EPS rose 23.2% to $2.50.
Advanced Surface Technologies sales rose 21.8% to $122.9 million, while Sealing Technologies sales increased 15.3% to $216.2 million.
Following the announcement, Enpro's share price was up 6.5% at $334.11 in premarket trading.
Enpro also raised 2026 guidance to 14%–16% revenue growth, adjusted EBITDA of $330–$340 million and adjusted EPS of $9.30–$9.80.
Elsewhere, the company generated $61.4 million in first-half free cash flow and ended June with $575.5 million in debt and $77 million in cash.
