Energy Focus (NASDAQ:EFOI) today reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025, reflecting a period of narrowed losses and continued focus on high-specification lighting solutions.

For the fourth quarter, the Solon, Ohio-based company reported a net loss of $356,000, or 6 cents per share.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $975,000, as the company navigated a competitive landscape for energy-efficient retrofits in the commercial and industrial sectors.

For the full fiscal year 2025, Energy Focus reported a total net loss of $1 million, equivalent to 18 cents per share.

Total annual revenue was $3.6 million.

While the company continues to operate at a loss, the year was characterized by a push into specialized markets, particularly the U.S. Navy and maritime industries, where its military-grade, shock-resistant LED technologies provide a significant competitive advantage over standard commercial offerings.
