Elauwit Connection (NASDAQ:ELWT) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $2.9 million, down 46% year over year, while net loss widened to $3.1 million.
Revenue declined from $5.3 million a year earlier as the timing of construction and installation projects offset higher contributions from billed units.
Gross profit was $0.4 million, operating expenses increased to $3.5 million and adjusted EBITDA was negative $3.1 million.
Following the announcement, Elauwit Connection's share price was unchanged at $8.66 in early premarket indications.
Contracted units reached 42,687, up 33% year over year, while activated units rose 94% to 27,134 and billed units increased 163% to 22,967.
Elauwit said it expects contracted units to exceed 50,000 before year-end as its $38.9 million backlog and new property awards move toward construction and recurring services.
