  • Elauwit reported Q2 2026 revenue of $2.9 million, down 46% year over year, as construction and installation revenue timing reduced quarterly sales.
  • Net loss widened to $3.1 million, while cash declined to $1.2 million and stockholders’ equity moved to a $0.8 million deficit.
  • Contracted units increased 33% to 42,687, and Elauwit said it expects more construction and recurring service revenue as projects move into billing.

Elauwit Connection (NASDAQ:ELWT) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $2.9 million, down 46% year over year, while net loss widened to $3.1 million.

Revenue declined from $5.3 million a year earlier as the timing of construction and installation projects offset higher contributions from billed units.

Gross profit was $0.4 million, operating expenses increased to $3.5 million and adjusted EBITDA was negative $3.1 million.

Following the announcement, Elauwit Connection's share price was unchanged at $8.66 in early premarket indications.

Contracted units reached 42,687, up 33% year over year, while activated units rose 94% to 27,134 and billed units increased 163% to 22,967.

Elauwit said it expects contracted units to exceed 50,000 before year-end as its $38.9 million backlog and new property awards move toward construction and recurring services.
