Edible Garden AG Incorporated (NASDAQ:EDBL) reported a 26.4% year-over-year increase in preliminary sales for the 2025 holiday period on January 6, 2026.

The gains were driven by robust demand for its core "Controlled Environment Agriculture" (CEA) products and a rapidly expanding retail footprint that now exceeds 5,000 locations across the U.S., Caribbean, and South America.

The company's performance was bolstered by double-digit growth in high-velocity categories, including a 26.7% increase in cut herbs and a 25% jump in potted herbs.

Notably, sales of wheatgrass nearly doubled, reflecting a post-holiday shift toward wellness-oriented products.

Management attributed these gains to industry-leading fulfillment rates (exceeding 98% during peak periods) and the successful rollout of the Zero-Waste Inspired® platform, which uses patented self-watering displays and breathable packaging to reduce in-store spoilage and extend shelf life.
