
Dynatrace tops $2B ARR milestone as AI demand drives fiscal 2026 growth
Dynatrace (NYSE:DT) announced record financial results for its fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2026, officially surpassing the $2 billion mark in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
The company, which specializes in AI-powered observability and security, posted total ARR of $2,054 million, representing an 18% increase year-over-year.
This milestone reflects the continued migration of enterprise workloads to the cloud and the increasing complexity of managing automated, AI-driven digital ecosystems.
For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, Dynatrace generated total revenue of $532 million, up 19% from the prior-year period.
The growth was almost entirely anchored by subscription revenue, which also rose 19% to $506 million.
On a constant currency basis, both metrics grew by a healthy 16%, signaling consistent global demand across the company’s key markets despite macroeconomic fluctuations.
Profitability remained a central pillar of the company’s year-end performance.
Dynatrace reported GAAP income from operations of $37 million for the quarter, while non-GAAP operating income reached $143 million.
On a per-share basis, the company delivered non-GAAP diluted net income of $0.41, outperforming internal targets and reflecting a disciplined approach to balancing high growth with margin expansion.
For the full fiscal year 2026, Dynatrace crossed the $2 billion revenue threshold, ending at $2,018 million, a 19% increase compared to fiscal 2025.
The company’s cash generation capabilities remained strong throughout the year, with GAAP operating cash flow totaling $562 million and free cash flow reaching $529 million.
