Revenue increased from $475.2 million, while continuing-operations net income rose to $37.3 million from $16.4 million.
Adjusted EBITDA declined 7% to $107.0 million, including $11.8 million of non-recurring restatement-related costs.
Following the announcement, Driven Brands' share price was down 1.7% at $14.61 in premarket trading as the company reiterated its outlook.
During the period under review, Take 5 same-store sales increased 3.6% for a 24th consecutive growth quarter, while its store network reached 1,421 locations.
Driven Brands ended Q2 with 4,323 stores, $1.63 billion in system-wide sales, $855 million in liquidity and 3.1-times net leverage.
