
D.R. Horton Q3 revenue holds at $9.2 billion

D.R. Horton (NYSE:DHI) reported fiscal Q3 revenue of $9.2 billion as home closings rose 4% to 23,983.
Revenue was nearly unchanged from $9.23 billion last year, while net income fell 12% to $904.9 million.
D.R. Horton forecast $32.5–$33 billion in fiscal 2026 revenue, repurchased $615.7 million of shares and declared a $0.45 dividend.
Following the announcement, D.R. Horton's share price was down 3.1% at $144.79 in premarket trading.
The company ended the quarter with 38,000 homes in inventory, including 23,300 unsold homes and 7,600 completed unsold homes.
D.R. Horton operates in 126 markets across 36 states and also provides rental, mortgage, title, insurance and lot-development services.
