Dole delivers second quarter revenue of $2.5B, up 2.9%

Dole (NYSE:DOLE) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $2.499 billion, up 2.9%, while net income increased to $35.1 million from $18 million.

Revenue increased from $2.428 billion a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA fell 14.8% to $116.8 million and adjusted diluted EPS declined to $0.46 from $0.55.

Fresh Fruit adjusted EBITDA fell 30.9% to $50.3 million amid higher fruit sourcing, shipping and pineapple growing costs, while Americas & ROW adjusted EBITDA increased 33.8% to $20.6 million.

Dole ended June with net debt of $746.1 million and 2 times net leverage, while first-half free cash flow from continuing operations improved to a $51 million outflow from a $132.6 million outflow.

After quarter-end, Dole completed its Ecuador port sale for expected net proceeds of about $95 million and its Greenfood Fresh Produce acquisition while maintaining a 2026 adjusted EBITDA target of approximately $400 million.
