Docebo (NASDAQ:DCBO) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $68.7 million, up 13%, while subscription revenue increased 12% to $63.8 million.

Gross profit rose 11% to $54.5 million, although gross margin declined to 79.4% from 80.9% and net income fell to $2.3 million from $3.1 million.

Adjusted EBITDA increased to $11.2 million from $9.2 million, ARR reached $255.1 million, and free cash flow declined to $3.1 million from $11.4 million.

Following the announcement, Docebo's share price was up 0.20% at $20.52 in the latest available premarket quote.

Docebo ended June with $45.7 million in cash and $88 million of borrowings, while its largest OEM customer represented 2.5% of ARR compared with 8.4% a year earlier.

The company also announced a $70 million substantial issuer bid in July at $20.40 per share and previously guided for 2026 revenue of $274.5–$276.5 million before today’s latest outlook update.
